DigiHua Intelligent Systems (DigiHua), a leader in smart manufacturing solutions, recently held the “2026 AI Strategy & Functional Empowerment Workshop” at its headquarters, officially launching the “Functional Digital Persona” initiative. Beyond embedding AI into its product lines, DigiHua is leveraging its internal virtual organization’s pioneering practices to refine reproducible AI collaboration models. As a leader in digital transformation, DigiHua aims to guide customers from basic tool application to a new era of “AI Collaboration,” significantly enhancing human productivity.

Strategic Vision: 2026: A Pivotal Year for AI Development at DigiHua
General Manager Allen Yan officially designated 2026 as the “DigiHua AI Year,” emphasizing that AI has evolved into a vital “organism” for enterprise survival. He noted that DigiHua’s 2026 strategic core (OGSM) goes beyond optimizing existing systems; it aims to solve long-standing pain points in traditional manufacturing systems (such as MES, APS, and QMS) regarding vague instructions and the interpretability of decision logic.
Utilizing AI Agent “Chain of Thought” (CoT) technology, systems will now handle non-structured constraints and provide multi-dimensional recommendations—balancing cost, profit, and customer satisfaction—to help customers shift from experience-driven to data-driven operations.
Methodology Output: Scalable Digital Persona Templates
The core value of this workshop lies in the refinement and export of methodologies. DigiHua has positioned its cross-functional key personnel as the first generation of “Digital Personas”. The outcomes of their internal practices will be transformed into growth templates for customers:
- Product + AI Integration: Combining the AI platform with core systems like MES, APS, and QMS to create “AI Value Packs,” enabling systems to proactively detect issues and generate resolution strategies.
- Functional Digital Personas: In B2B sales scenarios, AI Agents can automatically analyze markets and draft communication strategies. In delivery and service, AI combined with RPA can reduce days of workload to mere seconds. These practical internal experiences serve as concrete implementation paths for customers to optimize processes and boost per capita output.
Continuous Evolution: Launching Sequential Initiatives and Monitoring
DigiHua’s AI Transformation Officer, AJ , emphasized that this workshop is not a one-time event but the “official launch of a series of AI initiatives”. Future phases will include specialized sub-group exchanges focused on specific product lines and functional units. Through continuous technical alignment and rigorous performance monitoring, DigiHua ensures that AI methodologies are precisely executed.
The workshop also featured Professor Cheng Chia-Nien from Asia University, who highlighted the necessity of human-machine collaboration. Internal experts Jie-Hung and Ming-Ta demonstrated the successful application of GitHub Copilot and DigiHua’s internal AI foundation, showcasing how to achieve productivity leaps without altering employee habits while maintaining high security.

Looking Ahead: Leading Customers Toward AI-Driven Enterprises
In his closing remarks, General Manager Yan Zixiang stated: “DigiHua’s mission is not just to sell software, but to replicate our successful internal AI transformation practices directly for our customers”. With the launch of the AI Year, DigiHua will continue to provide systematic AI solutions, helping customers achieve breakthroughs in both AI penetration and organizational productivity.
